With a notable background characterized by a blend of academic success and hands-on experience in various facets of sports management, Ripley brings a wealth of invaluable expertise to our organization.

Ripley’s journey in the realm of sports management commenced with his academic pursuits at Dean College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a specialized focus on Sport Management. His dedication to academic excellence laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors, setting the stage for a career marked by notable achievements and impactful contributions.

Drawing from his educational background, Ripley seamlessly transitioned into the professional arena, where he honed his skills and expertise through pivotal roles within the sports industry. Notably, Brian served as the Baseball Operations Manager for the esteemed Newport Gulls, where he exhibited leadership qualities and a keen strategic insight that propelled the organization to complete 28 different promotional nights for each home game.

Furthermore, Ripley’s tenure as the Game Day Operations Coordinator with the Bourne Braves underscored his exceptional ability to execute nearly flawless game day experiences. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence further solidified his reputation within the realm of sports operations.

In his free time, Ripley enjoys working out and being outdoors. He moved from Rehoboth, Massachusetts to the Crystal Coast with his girlfriend, Hannah.
