The all you can eat menu begins when the gates open and continues until the top of the 6th inning. The menu includes:

  • Hamburgers
  • Cheeseburgers
  • Hot Dogs
  • Chips (Regular & BBQ)

  • NA Beverages (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Diet Mt. Dew, Sierra Mist, Water)


Yes you can, but it must be done prior to the day of the game.  To upgrade your ticket, please contact a Marlins representative at 252.269.9767 or you can purchase an upgrade online.

If you cant make it to the game or it gets rained out, no worries!  Follow these steps below to make sure your tickets don’t go to waste.

  1. Call our Front Office at 252-269-9767 for assistance. 
  2. We will swap out your ticket for a different game of your choice, as long as we have availability.  If your specific section is available we will put you in that section, if not we will put you as close as possible.

IMPORTANT:  You cannot swap games on the day of the game unless the game has officially been rained out.  You must swap your tickets at least 24 hours prior to first pitch.

The Marlins front office hours are typically from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

During the season, hours are dependent on game day and non-game days.  Please call in advance to ensure a staff member will be available to assist you.

All tickets will be held at WILL CALL, which is located at the Main Entrance of the Stadium.

The Marlins plat at Big Rock Stadium, which is located at 2714 Mayberry Loop Road Morehead City, NC.  

Individual tickets can be purchased over the phone or online and must be paid in full.  Tickets may not be exchanged once the game has passed.  Season ticket holders and Be Blue Members may exchange tickets for any game (based on restrictions and availability). 

The Marlins do offer group tickets (10 or more).  A 20% deposit for the tickets is require at the time of purchase.  Groups booked less than 2 weeks our must be paid in full at the time of purchase.  

Gates open 1 hour prior to game time.  Once you enter the stadium, you will not be able to re-enter without a new tickets. 


Merchandise is available at our Team Store located on the first base side of the stadium during all home games.  If you would like to purchase merchandise from our Team Store on Monday through Friday, please call our front office at 252.269.9767 and we will be happy to assist you.

National Anthem, First pitch, any pre-game activity will enter the field on the first base side of the field about 30 minutes prior to game time.  A Marlins staff member will greet you there.  

No food/coolers/soda/water of any kind is allowed in the stadium.  Baby bottles will be allowed.

The Marlins offer the best Stadium food in the Coastal Plain League.  We offer numerous items for any taste buds.  In addition we feature a number of brews that include both national and local brands to individuals over 21 years of age.  If you have a food allergy, our concessions team will try to accommodate you to the best of their abilities.  See all of our menus and unique food items under the Stadium tab on our webpage.  

When fans purchase a ticket, they agree to allow the Marlins to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes.  If a fan wishes to not have their photo used for promotional purposes, please email [email protected]

On the day of the game, weather forecasts are continuously evaluated at the ballpark and all decisions are made as early as possible. The umpires have the final call on whether the game is canceled or not. 

In the unfortunate event that a game is canceled/postponed, it is first posted on our website homepage and through our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages. 

If a game is canceled, your game ticket is good for any game subject to restrictions and availability.  

The ticket holder will receive an account credit for the value of their ticket to a game in the following season.

If it begins to rain during a game, there may be a rain delay.  Typically the game will restart after the rain shower goes through and food/beverage will still be served during the delay (as long as there is no safety concerns).

If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning or prior to the gates opening, all tickets will be good for the rescheduled game later that season.  

If the rainout occurs 2 hours after the gates have opened but ends before the 5th inning, all Group Areas featuring all-inclusive food/beverage will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a bleacher ticket at the rescheduled game.  

If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required 5 innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office. All promotions, dates, and times subject to change without notice.
